Established mansions alongside new secure clusters, a short drive from Illovo.
Atholl mixes older, larger stand-alone homes on generous stands with newer secure cluster developments built more recently on subdivided land. That split means two genuinely different briefs on the same street — a mansion's wide garden-facing glazing on one side, and a cluster's compact, body-corporate-managed glass on the other.
Security-estate and boomed-street access is common here, so we build it into how the free measure gets scheduled rather than treat it as a surprise on the day.
Security-estate access for the free measure is standard practice for us — we'll confirm vehicle and consultant details ahead of time so there's no delay at the gate. On newer cluster developments, exterior work goes through the body corporate's aesthetics process, and we supply the documentation that submission typically needs.

Atholl's older stands sit under mature trees that are bare by June, while the newer clusters have no such cover at all. The Ledger explains why we specify as though the branches were always bare, and works through each elevation — north, east, west and south — with the honest trade-off beside every recommendation.
